介绍了现状海河的通航概况,并对滨海新区某快速路的远期交通量作了预测。通过分析开启桥启闭对车辆受阻时间和受阻长度的影响,对采用开启桥方案修建海河大桥的合理性做了探讨。
The article introduces the general situation of navigation in Haihe River and forecasts the long-term traffic flow of an expressway in Binhai New Area.The article discusses the rationality to use the opening bridge scheme for building Haihe River Bridge after the analysis of the on-off influence of opening bridge on the paralyzing time and paralyzing length of vehicles.
