摘要
用课题组研究开发的纳米复合聚氨酯大孔载体固定化微生物SBR脱氮。SBR一个运行周期按进水5 min,曝气2.5 h,沉淀1 h,排水30 min的方式连续进行.系统稳定后,考察其脱氮效率,结果表明,进水COD为30~100 mg/L,经过一个周期,出水COD达到饮用水一级标准;进水NH+4-N的浓度为4.5~24.2 mg/L,出水NH+4-N浓度可稳定在0.4~1.5 mg/L,去除率在90%以上。考察在不同C/N下NH+4-N,COD以及TN的去除率,结果表明,随着C/N的降低NH+4-N,COD的去除率基本不受影响,而TN的去除率随C/N的降低而降低。
Biodenitrification by immobilized microorganism using macroporous carrier prepared by the research group was studied.After one SBR period with influent of 5 min,aeration 2.5 h,precipitation 1h and discharge 30 min,COD of the effluent can satisfy Grade I of the drinking water standard when influent COD was 30~100 mg/L while influent NH4+-N ranged from 4.5~24.2 mg/L,the effluent NH4+-N kept at the range of 0.4~1.5 mg/L,with removal rate over 90%.Results indicated that removal rate of NH4+-N and COD would not be affected with the decrease of C/N while removal rate of TN would decrease with the decrease of C/N.
