摘要
为了了解过氧化氢与三维电极的协同作用,以罗丹明B模拟废水进行了实验研究,探索了填料配比、外加电压、过氧化氢投加量、初始废水pH值、染料初始浓度等单因子对降解罗丹明B的影响,并通过正交试验研究各因素对该法处理罗丹明B模拟废水的效应。结果表明,过氧化氢与三维电极在处理罗丹明B模拟废水时具有明显的协同作用;外加电压=20 V,初始浓度=100 mg/L,填料配比=2:1(活性炭:铁屑),过氧化氢投加量=15 mL,初始pH=4.5~4.9时处理效果较好;由正交试验分析可得,5个影响因素对系统色度去除率影响主次顺序为:模拟废水初始pH值〉外加电压〉过氧化氢投加量〉填料配比〉初始浓度;5个影响因素影响COD去除率的主次关系为:初始浓度〉过氧化氢投加量〉外加电压〉填料配比〉模拟废水初始pH值。
Cooperation of H2O2 and three dimensional electrode in treating Rhodamine B simulated wastewater was studied.Effects of stuffing material ratio,applied voltage,dosage of H2O2,pH of wastewater and initial concentration of dye were investigated through experiments including orthogonal experiment.Results of the experiment showed that H2O2 and three dimensional electrode cooperated well.When both of H2O2 and three dimensional electrode were used,treatment of dye wastewater was more effective,with the best condition as applied voltage 20 V,dosage of H2O2 15 mL,initial concentration of the dye 100 mg/L and pH 4.5~4.9.Analysis of orthogonal test indicated that the sequencing of influence on color removal rate as pH of wastewater,applied voltage,dosage of H2O2,stuffing material ratio and initial concentration of the dye,as well as sequencing of influence on COD removal rate as initial concentration of the dye,dosage of H2O2,applied voltage,stuffing material ratio,pH of wastewater.
