摘要
试验对比了普通Fenton试剂和磁Fenton试剂处理模拟苯酚废水的效果,并探讨了磁Fenton的作用机理。当磁场强度为592 mT,pH=3,按m(COD):m(H2O2)=1:2,n(H2O2):n(Fe2+)=15:1投加一定量的FeSO4.7H2O和H2O2,反应时间60 min,挥发酚和COD去除率分别达到99.6%和86.3%,优于最佳条件下普通Fenton的处理效果;由于磁场可减少因氢键能发生的水分子缔合,提高了.OH的扩散能力,促使苯酚分子键变形甚至断裂形成许多小分子,从而易于被.OH氧化。
Effects of simulation phenol wastewater treated by magnetic-Fenton and ordinary Fenton process were compared,and mechanism of magnetic-Fenton treatment was discussed.Experimental results indicated that under the conditions of magnetic field strength 592 mT,pH 3,adding FeSO4·7H2O and H2O2 with m(COD):m(H2O2)1:2 and n(H2O2):n(Fe2+)15:1,stirred for 60 min,volatility phenol and COD elimination rate respectively achieved 99.6% and 86.3%,which were better than that treated by the ordinary Fenton method.Magnetic field can reduce the molecular association aroused by hydrogen bond,enhance ·OH diffusivity,improve the phenol molecular linkage to distort even break a number of small molecules,and thus easily oxidized by ·OH.
