摘要
文章简要介绍了CALPUFF模型的组成结构、模型原理和使用方法,以大亚湾区近期规划环评为例,对处于规划指定产业规模下的大亚湾区进行了污染物扩散浓度场模拟的应用,并以此为基础,对使用A值法估算的区域大气环境容量进行核算。使用CALPUFF模型对环境容量进行核算,可以清晰地反映出规划污染源布局、地形特征、大气稳定度、对流条件浮力烟羽和混合层顶的相互作用以及对流条件垂直扩散等因素对大亚湾区环境空气质量的影响程度,因此,经CALPUFF模型修正后的区域实际纳污能力较单纯A值法得出的大气环境容量更具合理性。最终计算结果表明:近期发展规划方案实施后各关心点SO2浓度预测值满足环境质量标准的要求;CALPUFF模型核算出区域环境容量略大于A值法得出的环境容量,推荐大亚湾区的大气污染物SO2为3.05万t/a。
Taking environmental impact assessment program of Daya Bay as an example,the structure,model theory and using methods of CALPUFF model which was applied in the plan EIA of Daya Bay for imitating the contaminant concentration was introduced.On this basis,assimilative capacity of the regional atmospheric environment which was computed by A-value method was accounted.By CALPUFF to account environment capacity,the influence of pollution plan,topography,atmospheric stability,convection conditions buoyancy plume,mixing layer top interaction and convection vertical diffusion conditions on environmental air quality in Daya Bay were clearly reflected.Compared to simply using A-value method,it is more reasonable to account environment capacity by CALPUFF to correct the results.Calculation results finally showed that after the implementing of recent program,SO2 concentration prediction of all sites concerned can meet environmental quality standard.Environment capacity accounted by CALPUFF is slightly more than that by A-value method.SO2 emissions of atmospheric pollutants were estimated at 30.5 thousand tons per year.
