摘要
本文将模态综合分析方法和模型试验方法结合起来,以YZJ14I型铰接式振动压路机为例,对铰接式振动压路机进行了动态分析;建立了前车整机的模态综合分析的计算模型;编制了有关的计算机程序;计算出了前车的固有频率和固有振型;推导了压路机的动态试验的模型律,并完成了相应的模型动态实验,证明有良好的精度。
In this paper we have used the methods of model synthetic-analytical techniques and model experiment to analyse the dynamic properties of the vibratory roller YZJ14I.A calculating model for the model synthetical analysis of the roller's front part has been established,the FORTRAN program related to it has been written to calculate the natural frequencies as well as the natural mode of the roller. We have derived the model laws for the dynamic model experiments, finished the dynamic test of the model and gotten good accuracy.
