摘要
目的:探讨L-精氨酸对大肠癌、腺瘤细胞中Ki67、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)表达及血清一氧化氮(NO)浓度的影响。方法:60例大肠癌和60例大肠腺瘤患者各随机分为实验组、对照组。对照组口服5%葡萄糖液120ml/d,实验组口服L-精氨酸30g(120ml)/d,连续3d。应用SP免疫组化法检测干预前、后大肠肿瘤Ki67、iNOS的表达。应用Griess法测定干预前、后大肠肿瘤患者血清NO浓度。结果:1干预后实验组癌组织、癌旁组织、腺瘤组织中Ki67表达明显降低,组内前后比较、与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2干预后实验组癌组织、腺瘤组织中iNOS表达和血清NO浓度明显升高,组内前后比较、与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:短期应用药理剂量的L-精氨酸可以抑制Ki67、促进iNOS在大肠肿瘤组织中的表达和升高血清NO浓度。
Objective:To study the effects of L-arginine on the expressions of Ki67、iNOS and the levels of the serum nitric oxide(NO) in patients with colorectal tumor.Methods:60 patients with colorectal cancer and 60 colorectal adenoma were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received the 5% glucose liquid 120ml/d,the study group received L-Arg 30g/d for three days.The expressions of Ki67,iNOS in the tumor were studied by the SP immunohistochemistry method and the levels of serum NO were detected by the Griess method before and after the application of L-arginine.Results:The expression of Ki67 decreased in both L-Arg-treated groups(P〈0.05).The expression of iNOS and the levels of the serum NO significantly rose after the short-term application of L-arginine in both groups of colorectal carcinoma and adenoma patients(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The short-term application of L-arginine can inhibit the expression of Ki67、activate the expression of iNOS and increase the levels of NO.
