具有等应变速率控制的微机测控电拉系统的研制

摘要 本文介绍一种具有等应变速率控制的拉伸机自动测控系统。该系统可实现微机测量和实时数据处理、显示及打印,能自动测量E、σ_(0.2)、σ_b、δ等力学性能指标,特别是能在普通拉伸机上实现等应变速率自控功能。应用表明:本系统具有精度高、功能多、结果可靠和操作简便等特点。 An automatic measurement and control system, with equi-strain rates, have been investigated and developed to improve conventional tensile test machines. Aided by a micro-computer, the system can be used for the measurement and real time data processing, displaying and printing, for measuring the general mechanical parameters such as E, _(0.2), _b and δ. It has been shown that the system is high in accuracy, multiple in function, reliable in operation and easy in use, and it makes the automatic control of equi-strain rates possible on conventional tensile test machines.
