经络穴位介入自血疗法治疗慢性湿疹临床研究

Clinical Study on Chronic Eczema Treated by Interventional Autohemotherapy of Acu-points

目的:观察经络穴位介入自血疗法治疗慢性湿疹的临床效果。方法:120例随机分为两组,观察组60例采用经络穴位介入自血疗法,对照组60例采用肌内注射自血疗法,分析对比两组疗效及见效时间。结果:总有效率观察组96.7%、对照组66.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。平均起效时间观察组为(10.0±3.5)天,对照组为(16.0±4.3)天,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:经络穴位介入自血疗法治疗慢性湿疹能够提高疗效、缩短疗程,具有较好的临床效果。

Objective：To observe therapeutic effect and principal of acupucture combined with autohemotheray on chronic eczema.Methods：120 patients with chroniceczema were resdomLy divided into two groups：observation group and control group,the patients in experimental receive treatment of aeupueture combined with autohemotheray,in control group receive treatment of intramuscular combined with autohemotheray,to analyses the percentage of therapeutic effect and timing of obtain therapeutic effect.Results：The total effective rate of theobservation group is 96.7% while that of the control group is 66.7%.there is obvious difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Timing of obtain therapeutic effect of theobservation group is（10.0＋3.5）days while that of the control group is（16.0＋4.3）days.there is obvious difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：That cetirizine combined with autohemotheray on chronic eczema can elevate therapeutic effect,shorten course of treatmentd,and can recive a good therapeutic effect.
