特型小针刀对侧切术治疗陈旧性肛裂临床观察

Clinical Observation on Old Anal Fissure Treated by Opporite Side Cutting Operation with Special Small Needle Knife

目的:观察特型小针刀对侧切术治疗陈旧性肛裂的临床疗效。方法:治疗组38例用特型小针刀对侧切术治疗,对照组38例用侧方内括约肌切开术治疗。结果:治疗组术后出血、疼痛、肛管静息压(ARP)等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组平均住院时间比对照组短(P<0.05),两组肛门失禁、治愈率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:特型小针刀对侧切术治疗陈旧性肛裂疗效较好,在减轻术后并发症方面优于侧方内括约肌切开术。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on old anal fissure treated by opporite side cutting operation with special small needle knife.Method： 38 cases were treated by opporite side cutting operation with special small needle knife as the study group while 38 cases were treated by lateral internal sphincterotomy.Result： The index of the study group was superior to that of the control group,such as bleeding after operation,pain,ARP,and so on（P〈0.05）.The average hospital stay of the study group was shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in anal incontinence and cure rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The opporite side cutting operation with special small needle knife has good therapeutic effect on old anal fissure,which is superior to lateral internal sphincterotomy in decreasing complication of postoperation.
