Construction of Medical Ethics in Socialist Market Economy

医德建设必须依靠医德教育,但仅靠医德教育是不行的。本文通过对医务人员从业情况的调查研究,提出还必须从改善医务人员的生存状态、理顺利益关系、加强院内制度建设和建立相应的社会机制等方面来加强医德建设。

Construction of medical ethics is approached from the question of how to ensure health professionals to provide necessary, sustainable services, question of great concern, complexities, involving many issues but with no easy responses up to now. Hospitals contributions are viewed not only from individually oriented treatment of single patients, cared for one by one, but also from greatly increased and ensured social productive forces owing to hospitals' proper service mix, the public better health and well - being. Also a concern, however, not to be neglected, is that health care workers often have health problems directly related to their work, work and living conditions, and lack of adequate prevention of occupational hazards. As the health care staff is the most important resource for the health care system, a growing attention is paid to these aspects of hospital management, for which there is a need of concerted reform measures.
