摘要
机立窑的液压传动系统仍存在许多问题。主要是换向阀电磁铁和泵极易损坏。为此用“键合图法”研究了系统的动态,列举了系统的状态方程并进行计算机仿真。其结论是压力超调量达87%,说明不能只根据静态设计决定系统的工作压力,对今后的设计提出了五条建议。
Hydraulic techniques have been broadly used in the transmission sys-tem of shaft kiln. But there are a lot of problems at present. For instance,the failure of solevoid valves and the damage of pumps. So, it is necess-ary to look for more proper design method by researching the dynamic c-haracteristics of the system. Bond graph method is applied to translatehydraulic sketch into bond graph, and according to the bond graph, stateequations are listed, then computer program is usedto simulate the realsystem. Satisfying results are obtained by imputing real parameters. Theresults illustrate that peak pressure ist wice as much as static pressure.Therefore, it is improper to design static pressure according to narmalload. This essay propounds five suggestions to improve the hydraulic sy-stem of shaft kiln. Bond graph method is effective to study dynamic ch-aracteristics of general hydraulic transmission system.
