螺旋CT扫描技术在74例肺结节患者诊断中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨研究螺旋CT扫描技术在肺结节患者临床诊断中的应用。方法:选择本院2008年7月~2009年12月本院74例肺结节患者为研究对象,分别对他们进行非螺旋扫描技术、常规剂量螺旋CT扫描技术以及低剂量螺旋CT扫描技术。并将其图像效果以及定性诊断的记过进行了两两比较。结果:常规剂量螺旋CT扫描与非螺旋扫描对肺结节的判定结果为常规剂量螺旋CT扫描判定均为肺结节且判定优秀率为100%,而非螺旋组的有3例良好,3例较差,判定优秀率为91.9%,螺旋CT判定显著优于非螺旋扫描。通过对常规剂量与低剂量螺旋CT扫描的定性诊断结果显示,低剂量扫描在肺癌、瘤、炎性结节等方面的定性诊断上与常规剂量扫描相比并无显著差别,但在定性困难的例次上略有增加(9例次vs 12例次)。结论:低剂量扫描在肺癌、瘤、炎性结节等方面的定性诊断上与常规剂量扫描相比并无显著差别,因此在一定范围内降低管电流,对肺部病变的发现并不存在显著负面影响,并且可以有效地降低患者的受照射剂量。 Objective: To discuss the application of spiral CT scan in diagnosis on pulmonary nodule patients. Methods: 74 pulmonary nodule patients during July,2008 and December,2009 have been chosen, and all patients have been implemented non-spiral scan/conventional-dose spiral CT scan/low-dose spiral CT scan. And their images and diagnosis result has been compared. Results: spiral CT scan's image shows better result(100%) than non-spiral scan(91.9%). And low-dose CT scan didn't show statistical difference of diagnosis result while compare with conventional-dose spiral CT scan. Conclusion: Low-dose spiral CT scan is worth being applied to diagnosis of pulmonary nodule patients, and patients' radiation dose will be lessened.
