微波治疗老年带状疱疹疗效观察

Efficacy of Microwave in Treatment of Elderly Herpes Zoster

目的:探讨微波治疗老年带状疱疹疗效观察。方法:回顾2007年5月～2009年5月我院治疗76例老年带状疱疹患者,随机分为两组观察临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.7%,对照组总有效率为78.9%,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:微波治疗老年带状疱疹能迅速减轻和解除病人的痛苦且无任何不适感,安全、高效、无创、无痛苦,病人易于接受,且该机操作简单,适宜在门诊治疗,值得在临床上推广。

Objective： To study the effect of microwave in senile herpes zoster.Methods： 76 patients with senile herpes zoster in our hospital fron May 2007 to May 2009 were research object,and they were randomly divided into two groups,and the clinical effect of two groups were studied.Results： The total effectiveness rate of treatment group was 94.7%,the effectiveness rate of control group was 78.9%,the effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.Conclusion： The microwave in senile herpes zoster can lessen and relative the pain without discomfort,and it is safety, efficient,noninvasive and no pain,and it is acceptable for the patients.The machine is simple,and is worthy of promotion and application.
