耳内窥镜与鼻内窥镜下治疗鼻出血的比较

The Contrast of Endotoscope and Nasal Endoscope Treatment Rhinorrhagia

目的:探讨耳内窥镜下治疗鼻出血与鼻内窥镜相比是否具有优势。方法:选取鼻腔后部出血患者42例分为A.B两组,比较不适感以及检查治疗时间。结果:耳内窥镜组与鼻内窥镜组相比,分级差为1.55级,耳内窥镜组检查治疗时间平均为38.37分钟,鼻内窥镜组检查治疗时间平均为55.27分钟。结论:耳内窥镜下治疗鼻出血与鼻内窥镜相比,不适感减少,治疗时间缩短,值得推广。

Objective：Endoscopic treatment of ear and nasal endoscopy nasal bleeding is an advantage compared.Methods：Selected 42 patients with nasal bleeding back into A.B groups,compare discomfort,and examination and treatment time.Resaults：Endotoscope group compared with the nasal endoscope,grading difference of 1.55,Endotoscope examination and treatment group average of 38.37 minutes,endoscopic examination and treatment group average of 55.27 minutes.Conclusion：Endoscopic treatment of ear and nasal endoscopy nasal bleeding compared to less discomfort, shorten treatment time, is worth promoting.
