低场磁共振弥散加权成像对超早期脑梗塞患者的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Low Field Magnetic Resonance Imaging to Diffuse Weighted Super Early in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨低场磁共振弥散加权成像对超早期脑梗塞的诊断价值。方法:采用SIEMENS NOVUS 0.35T永磁型低场磁共振成像设备,相阵控头部线圈,对超早期脑梗塞患者35人进行MR DWI及常规MR扫描(T1WI,T2WI,Flair)。结果:35例超急性期脑梗塞患者(<6h)中33例DWI表现为高信号,5例T2WI表现为稍高信号,T1WI均未显示病灶。结论:低场磁共振弥散加权成像在超急性期脑梗塞诊断方面也具有与高场磁共振同样的优势。

Objeetive：To study the low field magnetic resonance imaging to diffuse weighted super early cerebral infarction diagnostic value.Methods：Using SIEMENS NOVUS 0.35 T permanent magnet type low field magnetic resonance imaging equipment, phase array control head coil, super early in patients with cerebral infarction of 35 people for MR DWl and conventional MR scans （TIW1, T2WI, Flair）. Results：35 patients super acute cerebral infarction patients （〈6h） in 33 patients DWI performance for high signal, 5 cases T2WI expression is a little high signal,T1WI are not shown lesions.Conclusions：Low field magnetic resonance imaging in the super dispersion weighted acute cerebral infarction diagnosis are with high field magnetic resonance same advantage.
