摘要
目的:探讨阿托伐他汀联合辅酶Q_(10)(CoQ_(10))对慢性心衰患者心功能改善的临床价值。方法:将65例病情稳定的充血性心衰患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用基础治疗用药+阿托伐他汀+辅酶Q_(10)的方法,对照组采用基础治疗用药+阿托伐他汀,治疗随访期为4个月。检测治疗前后两组患者的LVEF(leftventricular ejection fraction)及血浆BNP(brain natriuretic peptide)浓度。结果:治疗后两组患者LVEF血浆BNP浓度均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),治疗组在降低血浆BNP浓度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性心衰患者在使用他汀类药物的同时加用CoQ_(10)对改善心功能具有明显的临床价值。
Objective： To investigate the clinic effect of atorvastatin combined with coenzyme Q10 （CoQt0） in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods： 65 cases of patients with stable congestive heart failure were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treated group was treated by atorvastatin and coenzyme Q10, the controled group was treated with atorvastatin, and the follow-up period was 4 months. Detect the LVEF and level of BNP in plasma before and after treatment.Results：After treatment, the plasma BNP level and LVEF had great improved （P 〈0.05）, the plasma BNP levels in treated group was decreased significantly compare with the controlled group （P〈0.05）. Conelusion：Aturvastatin added with CoQ10 can improve heart function in patients of chronic heart failure.
