复方丹参联合卵磷脂络合碘治疗出血性玻璃体混浊的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Effect of Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Joint Iodized Lecith in Patients with Hemorrhagic Vitreous Opacity

目的:探讨出血性玻璃体混浊的治疗方法。方法:分析总结了2000年1月至2009年12月在我院诊断为玻璃体出血的患者247例(296眼),给予复方丹参注射液及卵磷脂络合碘片治疗,观察视力及玻璃体混浊吸收情况。结果:247例(296眼)患者,总有效率为92.91%,其中治愈167眼(56.42%),显效58眼(19.60%),好转50眼(16.89%),无效21眼(7.09%)。结论:复方丹参注射液联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗出血性玻璃体混浊是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective：To investigate the treatments of hemorrhagic vitreous opacity. Methods： Analyze and summarize from January 2000 to December 2009, vitreous hemorrhage in hospital diagnosed patients 247 cases （296 eyes）, compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection joint iodized lecithin tablets, observe visual acuity and treatment of vitreous opacity absorption. Results：247 cases （296 eyes） of patients, the total effective rate was 92.91%, cure 167 eyes （56.42%）, powerfully 58 eyes （19.60%）, better 50 eyes （16.89%）, invalid 21 eyes （7.09%）. Conclusion：Compound salvia miltierrhiza injection joint iodized lecithin tablets treatment hemorrhagic vitreous opacity clinical observation is a safe and effective treatment methods.
