三步推拿配合扶他林乳胶剂治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后关节僵硬15例分析

Three-stage Massage Combined with Votalin Emulg Used for 15 Cases of Little Patients with Supracondylar Fracture of the Humerus after Surgery

目的:通过对三步推拿配合扶他林乳胶剂治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后关节僵硬15例患者的观察,探讨推拿治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后关节僵硬的方案。方法:采用三步推拿配合扶他林乳胶剂治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后关节僵硬,并进行疗效评价。结果:采用Cassebaum评分系统来进行评价,优13例,良2例,总有效率100%。结论:三步推拿配合扶他林乳胶剂为治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后关节僵硬提供切实可行的方案,值得推广。

Objective：Through three-stage massage combined with votalin emulg used for children with supracondylar fracture of the humerus after surgery, to explore the therapy program of massage for children of anchylosis that with supracondylar fracture of the humerus after surgery.Methods：To taking three-stage massage combined with votalin emulg used for children with supracondylar fracture of the humerus after surgery and evaluated the clinical effect.Results：Cassebaum scores was used for evaluation, the excellent was 13 cases and the fine was 2 cases, the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion：Three-stage massage combined with votalin emulg can provide practicalway for therapy of anchylosis＇ children that with supracondylar fracture of the humerus after surgery, and deserving popularizing.
