慢性阻塞性肺病患者低氧血症对血尿酸及肾功能影响的临床研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)低氧血症时血尿酸、肾功能变化。方法:回顾性分析我院COPD患者60例,以入院时血气分析有无呼吸衰竭分为A、B两组,观察及研究两组治疗前、后血尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮变化。结果:A组中血尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮升高明显,与B组比较有显著性差异;A组中缺氧改善后血尿酸水平下降。结论:COPD患者处于缺氧状态时伴随血尿酸升高,不与肾功能损害相平行:改善缺氧状态为治疗选择。缺氧可出现肾功能损害,在关注COPD时,要注意肾功能变化,保护肾功能。 Objective:Discuss the change of chronic obstruction pulmonary disease( COPD ) with low oxygen blood disease in uric acid and kidney function.Methods:Looking back analysis 60 examples COPD patient,according to bloodgas analysis whether respiration exhaustion divide into A and B two groups ,Observe and study that two groups of change of uric acid,Cr and BUN when treatment is former and after. Results:In A group, uric acid,Cr and BUN rise obviously,Have marked difference compare with B group, In A group after, uric acid drops after treatment.Conclusion: When COPD patient is in oxygen-poor state,uric acid rise,it is not parallel with kidney function.improvement oxygen-poor is selected to treat, oxygen-poor can arise kidney function damage, When paying attention to COPD,will notice that kidney function changes,and protects kidney function.
