摘要 为了提高水稻秧苗质量,设计了一种水浸入式水稻浸种催芽设备.该设计利用水作为导热介质,自动对水稻种子进行升温、降温、控温、保温等工艺控制,保证水稻种子在浸种催芽不同阶段所需的水分、温度,实现水稻种子在该设备内一次性完成标准化的浸种、破胸、催芽等生产过程.该系统采用以可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为控制器、触摸屏并采用人机界面的控制方式.触摸屏将系统操作状态以及温度当前值显示在界面上,并将各项设定值输入PLC中.系统工作时,PLC分析温度传感器模块返回的数据和电子式液位开关采集回来的信号,并且按照程序实现计算和控制的功能,实现水泵、电加热器和电动阀的开闭,以及水的加热和流向.同时,系统还配有报警装置,以保证系统安全正常的运行. To improve the quality of paddy rice seedling,a kind of paddy seeds presoaking and pregermination device is designed.The device uses water as heat conduction media,and it automatically controls the heating,cooling,temperature control and thermal insulation of the paddy seeds to ensure the content and temperature of water that rice seeds need in different stages of soaking and pregermination,realizing the standardized production processes of presoaking,breaking and pregermination of paddy seeds once for all in the device.Hollias LM Series PLC is used as the core controller and HT6000 Series Touch Screen is used as the man-machine interface.The system operation status and current temperature are displayed on the touch screen,and the set values are transmitted to the PLC through R232.When the system works,PLC analyses data from the data collection module and signal from electronic liquid level switch,and according to the procedures,the system realizes the functions of calculation and control,opening and closing of water pump,electric heaters and electric valve,water heating and flow.Moreover,the system also has alarm device to ensure the normal and safe running of the system.
