对分娩期妇女实施心理干预的临床效果

Impact of Psychological Intervention in Parturient Women

目的:探讨对分娩期妇女实施心理干预的临床效果。方法:选择2009年3月-2009年11月在我院分娩的356例单胎、足月(头位)初产妇。依入院时间先后随机分为干预组和对照组各178例,对照组按日常的产科处理常规来处理,干预组在产科处理常规的基础上,再针对产妇在临产期不同阶段的心理状况,采取不同的心理干预,观察并比较两组产妇的分娩方式、产后出血量、阴道分娩产程时间及新生儿阿普加评分。结果:实施心理干预组的产妇阴道分娩的人数、产后出血量、产程时间、新生儿阿普加评分与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对分娩期妇女实施心理干预,对于消除产妇的焦虑、恐惧、抑郁等情绪,提高自然分娩率,减少产后出血,缩短产程,减少新生儿窒息的发生等起到了积极地作用。

Objective： to study the clinical effects clinical effects of psychological intervention of during delivery women.Methods： choose 356 cases of Single birth, full-term （head bits） primigravida in our hospital from March 2009 to November 2009.1n accordance with the admission time,randomly divided into intervention group and control group,each group Including 178 patients The control group were handled with daily routine obstetric treatment,the intervention group were treated with different psychological intervention according to different stages of labor besides the daily routine obstetric treatment,observe and compare the dilivery method, Postpartum hemorrhage, time of vaginal delivery and neonatal Apgar score of the two groups.Results： the psychological intervention group, the number of maternal vaginal delivery, postpartum hemorrhage, labor time, neonatal Apgar scores compared with the control group there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The psychological intervention of parturients played an active role in elimination of maternal anxiety, fear, depression and other emotions,increase natural delivery rate,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,shorten the birth process,reduction of neonatal asphyxia.
