浅析我院药房调剂差错的原因及其干预分析

Analysis of Dispensing Error in Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy and the Effect of Some Interventions

目的:总结我院药房的调剂内差事件,分析所采取的干预措施对内差事件的影响效果,为患者提供优质的医疗服务。方法:以我院药房在2010年1月～2010年3月所发生的62件调剂内差事件作为非干预组,总结分析原因后制定相应的干预措施,并将2010年6月～2010年8月所发生的54件调剂内差事件作为干预组,对两组进行统计分析。结果:干预组与非干预组相比,内差事件发生率及重大差错和特大事故发生率都明显降低,表明所采取的干预措施取得了预期的效果。结论:应用多种干预措施,有针对性的加强管理和教育水平,改善药师的工作环境,可以有效的预防和减少调剂内差事件的发生。

Objective：To providing better medical service to patients,summarizing the dispensing error happened in our hospital,and analysising the effects of some interventions.Methods：Taking 62 cases as the non intervention group which happened from January 2010 to March 2010,while 54 cases as the intervention group which happened from June 2010 to August 2010,made interventions after analyzing the reasons,then run the statistics analysis and interventions.Results：Compared to the non intervention group, the intervention group have a lower incidence of dispensing error,extra serious accident and significant mistakes,which showed that the interventions achieved our aim.Conclusions：To use some certain interventions,reinforcin g the management and education, optimizing the woking environment,we can reduce the happening of dispensing error effectively.
