摘要
目的:探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤中PTEN与CyclinD1的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测20例正常卵巢组织、15例卵巢良性肿瘤、40例上皮性卵巢癌中PTEN和CyclinD1的表达。结果:PTEN在正常卵巢组织、卵巢良性肿瘤、上皮性卵巢癌中的表达率呈逐渐下降的趋势(P<0.05);PTEN的表达与分化、FIGO分期有关;正常卵巢组织和良性肿瘤中CyclinD1蛋白呈低表达水平,但在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达率和强度明显增加,CyclinD1的表达与分化、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移有关;二者表达成负相关(P<0.01)。结论:PTEN的表达缺失与CyclinD1蛋白表达增强在上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展过程中起到重要作用。
Objective: To explore the expressions and clinical significances of PTEN and CyclinD1 in epithelial tumor of ovary. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of PTEN and CyclinD1 protein in 20 cases with normal ovarian tissues, 15 cases with benign ovarian tumors and 40 cases with epithelial ovarian cancer. Results: The expression rates of PTEN in normal ovarian tissues, benign ovarian tumors and epithelial ovarian cancer showed a gradual decreasing trend ( P 〈 0.05 ) . PTEN expression was related to differentiation and FIGO stages ; the expression levels of CyclinD1 protein in normal ovarian tissues and benign ovarian tumors were low, but the expression rate and intensity of CyelinD1 protein in epithelial ovarian cancer increased significantly, CyclinD1 protein expression was related to differentiation, FIGO stages and lymph node metastasis; there was a negative correlation between PTEN expression and CyclinD1 protein expression (P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion: The deletion of PTEN expression and high expression of CyclinD1 protein play important roles in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer.
