检测第三代头孢菌素对三种常见非发酵菌的体外抗菌活性

摘要 目的检测常见院内感染非发酵菌对7种第三代头孢菌素的耐药性,以指导临床用药。方法采用肉汤杨稀释法测定从我院重症监护病房及其它病房分离的三种非发酵菌共109株细菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果7种抗生素中舒普深对三种非发酵菌的总耐药率最低为11.9%,其次是泰能为26.6%和头孢他定为33.9%。若排除嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌则素能对其它二种菌的耐药率最低为9.2%。结论泰能、舒普深和头孢他定对院内感染菌的耐药率较低,氨曲南和第三代头孢菌素对非发酵菌中的产酶菌呈现交叉耐药。 Objective To observe the drag resistance of non - zymocytes isolated fromnosocomal infections to 7 kinds of the thied generation cephalosporin for instruction of clinical application. Methods The MICs of 7 antimicrobial agents of the third generation cephglosporinagainst 109 strains of 3 non - zymocytes isolated from ICU and other wards of our hospital wefeobtained by broth dilution method. Results Among seven antibiotics, the minimal antibiotic re-sistant rate of SPZ was 11 .9%, that of IPM was 26.6% and that of CAZ was 33 .9%, the resis-tan rate of IPM was 9. 2% except that to p. maltophilia. Conclusions The resistant rates ofIPM. SPZ and CAZ are relatively lower. ATM is crossresitant with the third generaion cephalos-porin to enzyme producing non - Zymocytes.
