EB病毒与IL-8关系探讨

A Discussion on the relationship of EB Virus and IL-8

该文就EB病毒与IL－8之间的关系进行初步探讨。通过实验观察到EB－VCA阳性病人血清中IL－8水平与正常对照比较有显著意义（P＜0.01），IL-8与EB病毒存在一定的线性关系。并就近年来报道与EB病毒和IL－8关系密切的类风湿因子（RF）做了检测，并对三者关系作一点探讨，同时就IL－8与相关疾病中正常人血清IL－8水平进行比较。

To discuss the relationship of EB virus and IL- 8, the 1evels of serum IL-8 was measured in EB-VCA positive significantly higher in EB-VCA positive patients than those in the normal controls (P＜0. 01),the correlation between IL-8 and EB virus was significant. By detecting RF which is c1ose1y related with IL-8and EBV, the relationship among RF, IL-8 and EBV was also studied, the author also compared the serum IL-8 level of healhy controls determined in this study with the other reports.
