目的：考察CD－1600血液分析仪国产开元试剂的质量。方法：比较开元试剂与原装试剂的主要理化指标如：渗透压、电导率、pH值等，通过重复性实验和对比试验研究试剂的质量及配套性。结果：两种试剂的理化指标基本一致，本底值符合仪器要求，精密度实验结果为RBC的CV＜1．0％，WBC的CV＜2．0％，两种试剂的对比实验结果无显著差异。结论：国产开元CD－1600血液分析仪试剂可以代替进口试剂。

Objective: To test the quality of CELL-DYN1600diff sereen reagent that made in China. Metbods:Compare conductivity,osmolality,pH ete of the reagent made at Xi' an create bio-tech Co. ltd and Abbott Co. ltd of USA,Study the quaity and use of the two reagent repeat examination and compare examination. Resuits:The conductivity,Osmolality,pH ete of the two reagent are same o The bland count of the two reagent are achieved the require men of CELL-DYN1600 automated heamatology Analyzer. Test of precision indicated RBC<1. 0% WBC < 2%, compare examination show the two reagent had no significant difference. Conclusions: The CELL-NDYN1600 diff screen reagent made in china can instead of that made in USA.
