摘要
介绍了一种矿用装备的联接结构,具体为一种十字联接结构,解决现有技术中存在的地质工况适应性、装配、维修及更换的工艺性不好,安全和可靠性不高等问题。该十字联接结构可用于煤矿用行走液压支架顶梁与掩护梁的联接,不仅能使液压支架受力情况得到很大改善,还能使顶梁均匀接顶,较好地适应工作面顶底板起伏。
Presents a connection structure for mining equipment were intraduced,specifically as a cross-link structure,technology exists to solve existing geological conditions adaptability,assembly,maintenance and replacement of poor manufacturability,safety and reliability is not high problem.The Cross-link structure can be used to run mine with support beam and shield of connection,not only make hydraulic force conditions greatly improved,but also to pick the top beam uniform top,roof and floor better adapt to face ups and downs.
