摘要
可编程控制器的通信和联网功能越来越强,而且能适应恶劣的现场环境,具有很高的可靠性。针对当前构建煤矿综合自动化系统的需要,采用西门子S7-300PLC,IEC870-5-103规约的通信接口方法进行了研究和系统开发,给出了流程图说明程序功能。该系统已经用于全国多个投产煤矿中,通过PLC的以太网通信处理器接入矿井综合自动化系统,实现了矿井变电站自动化系统的无人值守。
The capability of communication and interconnection of PLC gets strong enough to be used in terrible field condition with high reliability.To satisfy the requirement of constructing coal mine integrated automation system,a new design using SIEMENS S7-300 as communication interface is presented foe realizing CDT and IEC870-5-103 protocol.A system based on design is exploited,which has been applied in many coal mines in CHINA.Trough Ethernet communication processor,it is integrated within mining automation system realizing substation in coal mine.The flow chart of system are given in paper.
