摘要
针对凿岩机液压系统的环状缝隙流动,建立了泄漏量的数学模型,通过MATLAB仿真分析压差、密封长度和间隙高度等参量对泄漏量的影响,进而指导了缸体的加工工艺及热处理工艺。所得结论对于液压凿岩机缸体的加工及泄漏量的有效控制具有重要的指导意义。
Aiming at the annular aperture flow of the drilled hydraulic system,a mathematical model of the leakage was mainly established.Used MATLAB simulation to analyses various parameters'(differential pressure,sealing length,gap height etc.)influence on the leakage,and then according to the simulation results to guide machining process and heat treatment process.Conclusion for hydraulic drill machine of machining and leakage of effective control has important guiding significance.
