Monitoring System of Auxiliary Shaft Hoist Rope Tension

研制了一种具有省电模式的多绳摩擦式提升机钢丝绳张力动态监测系统,并对常规张力动态监测系统的硬件、软件进行了改进。该系统对超载、配重不足、卡罐等进行故障诊断并报警。

This paper develops monitoring system of multi-rope hoist rope tension which has power save mode.It also improves hardware and software of conventional monitoring system.The improved system can diagnose failures such as overload,less ballast,jam and make alert.
