摘要
通过压力角对齿轮齿根弯曲疲劳强度的影响的研究,结合实例对应用于掘进机上的大齿形角齿轮和压力角为20°的标准齿轮进行有限元分析对比研究,得到了详细的应力分布,证明了大齿形角齿轮在掘进机上应用的优越性,为提高掘进机的可靠性奠定了基础。
The pressure angle of 20 ° of the standard gear tooth series in all cases is not the most appropriate,which is discussed firstly,turn on the pressure angle affecting gear tooth root bending fatigue strength are studied,and with examples of large profile angle on the gear and the pressure angle of 20 ° of the standard gear applied on the roadheader,it studies them comparatively with finite element analysis to obtain accurate stress distribution in detail,demonstrating a large pressure angle gears to apply the advantages of roadheaders.So it lays the foundation to improve roadheaders'reliability.
