The typical case of the hoist accident on violation of hoist auxiliary shaft,rolling over of auxiliary shaft,falling skip of main shaft,failure of hoist auxiliary shaft are proposed,and the main causes of the hoist accident are analyzed and the related precautionary measure and disposal consideration are proposed.
