摘要
研究了几种抗裂防水材料对混凝土抗压强度、劈拉强度和渗透性的影响,结果表明,三乙醇胺、萘系减水剂对混凝土力学强度和渗透性的影响最为显著。根据该结果配制了抗裂防渗混凝土,并采用配筋试验模拟实际工程的接头处,试验表明该混凝土28 d抗压强度达51 MPa,抗渗标号达P24以上,且具有微膨胀性能,可满足较高防水抗裂施工要求。
This article studies influence of several anti-cracking waterproofing materials on compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and permeability of concrete.And results show that triethanolamine and naphthalene water-reducing agent have significant influence on compressive strength and permeability of concrete.The concrete prepared based on the results above mentioned and reinforced has compressive strength at 28 days of 51 MPa,permeability of P24 plus and micro-expansion,being able to meet higher requirements for waterproofing and anti-cracking.
