Study of bacteria endotoxin in calcium gluconate injection

目的：研究细菌内毒素法检查葡萄糖酸钙注射液热原。方法：应用细菌内毒素重检查葡萄糖酸钙注射液中的热原。考察了葡萄糖酸钙注射液对细菌内毒素检查法的干扰行为。结果：葡萄糖酸钙注射液稀释5倍，对细菌内毒素检查法无干扰作用。结论：细菌内毒素检查法可代替家兔法。

Study of bacterial endotoxins in calcium gluconate injection. METHODS: Use bacteria endotoxin test todetect pyrogen in calcium gluconate injection, the interference of calcium gluconate injection to the process of bacteria endotoxin testwas studied. RESULTS: Calcium gluconate injection has no interference to the bacterial endotoxins test. When it is diuted for 5 times.CONCLUSIONS: Bacteria endotoxin test could be used for pyrogen test.
