摘要
本文目的为利用窑灰,采用最优设计中单形格子法,确定出窑灰-熟料-矿渣-粉煤灰系统的最佳配合比.同时对该系统的强度、凝结时间、安定性进行了探讨.此外还就国内几个生产厂的不同碱度的窑灰对混合水泥性能的影响进行了研究.并通过对该系统的电子显微图象及X 衍射图谱的分析,初步鉴定了该系统的水化产物.
This paper is deating with using the cement-kiln dust.The simplex grid method ofoptimum design is used to determine the most preferential mixture ratio in theKilndust-Clinker-Blastfurnace Slah-Fly Ash system.Moreover,a study of thestrength,setting time,soundness of this system has been performed.In addition,the effect ofsome liln-dust with different basicity on the behaviour of blended cement has been investi-gated.The kitn-dust was provided by several domestic cement plants.The hydrates of thissystem have been priliminaryly identified through Scanning Electron Microscope andX-ray diffraction analysis.
