摘要
叙述了发电厂出线断路器由于液压机构原因发生多次跳跃,使变压器烧损的事故过程及原因,并就该过程对线路重合闸/手合后加速保护、断路器三相位置不一致保护、失灵保护定值提出了改进意见,讨论了当采用发电机-变压器-线路接线方式时的线路重合闸方式。
Many jumps of the power outlet breaker for the hydraulic mechanism of occurrence were described,which led to the transformer’s burning incidents.For the purposes of the process,the proposed improvements were given for the line reclosing on/hand joint protection after the acceleration,protection of the three-phase circuit breaker position inconsistent,failure protection value,and the type of line reclosing when using the generator-trans-former-line mode was discussed.
