概述近年来中药有效成分逆转白血病细胞多药耐药(mu ltidrug resistance,MDR)的研究进展。MDR是白血病治疗失败的主要原因之一,而中药具有多靶点、低毒、高效等作用特点,可通过多个途径有效逆转MDR,其中以中药有效成分靶向调节MDR相关蛋白和因子为研究热点。

This paper summarizes the progress on reversing multidrug resistance（MDR） in leukemia by components in Chinese herbs.MDR is the main reason for failure of leukemia treatment.With multi-target point,low-level toxicity and efficiency,traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） can reverse MDR form several ways,among which TCM targeting to regulate MDR-related proteins and factors was researched as the hot point.
