18种抗菌药物对绵羊肺炎支原体和丝状支原体分离株的抗菌活性 被引量:8

Antimicrobial Activities of Eighteen Antimicrobials against Mycoplasma ovipneumoniaeand Mycoplasma mycoides Isolates in Vitro

摘要 应用微量法测定了18种常用抗菌药物对绵羊肺炎支原体分离株HD1-goat和丝状支原体分离株XT1-goat的抗菌活性。结果表明,喹诺酮类药物及盐酸多西环素、酒石酸泰乐菌素对两个分离株均有很高的抗菌活性;硫氰酸红霉素对分离株HD1-goat无抑制生长作用,但对分离株XT1-goat有很高的抑制和杀灭活性;氨基糖苷类药物和磺胺甲噁唑对两个分离株均无抑制作用;分离株HD1-goat对盐酸林可霉素、土霉素、延胡索酸泰妙菌素和氟苯尼考等常用抗菌药物的敏感性降低。上述结果提示,喹诺酮类药物及盐酸多西环素、酒石酸泰乐菌素是当前治疗羊传染性胸膜肺炎的敏感药物,不同支原体分离株对同一种抗菌药物的敏感性有差异,有的绵羊肺炎支原体分离株对临床常用抗菌药物已显示耐药趋势。 Antimicrobial activities of eighteen antimicrobials against Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae and Mycoplasma mycoides isolates were tested in vitro.Quinolones,doxycycline hydrochloride and tylosin tartrate exhibited high antimicrobial activities against two Mycoplasma isolates.Erythromycin thiocyanate was high effective against XT1-goat isolate but ineffective against HD1-goat isolate.Aminoglycoside antimicrobial and sulfamethoxazole could not inhibit the two isolates.Sensitivity of HD1-goat isolate decreased to lincomycin hydrochloride,oxytetracycline,tiamulin fumarate and florfenicol.The results suggested that the most effective antimicrobials were quinolones,doxycycline hydrochloride and tylosin tartrate in treating infectious pleuropneumonia of goats or sheep currently.However,various isolates were differently sensitive to the same antimicrobial and some Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae isolates tend to be resistant to some antimicrobials.
