摘要 钠/碘转运体(NIS)是主要存在于甲状腺滤泡基底膜上的跨膜糖蛋白,主要介导胞外碘进入甲状腺细胞,是甲状腺激素合成的主要步骤。该蛋白受多种因素的调节,并与多种疾病的发生密切相关,利用其介导放射性碘治疗已具有良好的临床应用前景。近年来研究表明乳腺组织也能摄取放射性碘,哺乳期和非哺乳期乳腺组织中的NIS的mRNA表达有所不同,提示NIS对于泌乳功能具有调控作用。 Sodium/iodide symporter(NIS) is a kind of transmembrane glycoprotein located on thyroid follicular basement membrane,mainly mediated the extracellular iodine into the thyroid cells,which is the main step of thyroid hormone synthesis.The protein is regulated by many factors,and has a close relation with the incidence of many diseases.Using the gene which can mediate the radioactive iodine treatment has a good prospect for clinical application.Recent studies indicated that breast tissue can uptake radioactive iodine.Lactating and non-lactating mammary tissue mRNA expression of NIS is different.This also proves that NIS has a regulatory role for lactation.
