Progress on Pathogen and Immune Characteristics of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome

猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)出现在20世纪80年代后期,并迅速成为养猪业最重要的疫病之一。近年来,对其病原学和免疫学研究取得了重要的进展,特别是在病原的基本生物特征、体液免疫与细胞免疫特征等方面做了深入研究与分析。论文对此进行综述,为合理使用疫苗、防控PRRS提供相关参考。

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome（PRRS） emerged in the late 1980s and rapidly became one of the most significant epidemic disease in the swine industry.In recent years,the research on the etiology and immunology of PRRS made important progress,especially in the basic biological characteristics of virus,humoral and cellular immunity.This paper reviewed these features in order to provide relevant theoretical references for reasonable using vaccines,preventiog PRRS.
