A T-S Fuzzy PSO Model and Its Stability Analysis

摘要 在粒子群优化问题空间是一维有界的前提下,本文结合T-S模糊框架提出了一种模糊粒子群优化模型,即粒子群优化中的速度和位置迭代公式变换为一个带时变非线性反馈的线性时不变系统,将其嵌入到T-S模糊状态模型,同时将粒子的认知部分和社会部分随机加权和的反向运动作为T-S模糊状态反馈控制.针对该模型,本文根据T-S稳定性理论和非线性随机系统Lyapunov稳定性理论分情况探讨了其稳定性. Assuming that the solution space is a one-dimensional bounded space,we present a T-S fuzzy stochastic PSO model.PSO is viewed as a time-invariant linear plant with a time-varying feedback controller that is embedded in the T-S fuzzy state system.The randomly weighted sum of the cognition and social components is used as the state feedback controller in the local linear state system.The asymptotic stability of the new model is discussed in two different cases using the Lyapunov stability theory of the nonlinear stochastic systems.
