摘要
目的了解2型糖尿病患者眼血流动力学参数的变化情况。方法采用彩色多普勒能量显像(CDEI)技术检测35例(70眼)2型糖尿病患者和38个(76眼)健康人眼动脉(OA)、视网膜中央动脉(CRA)、睫状后动脉(PCA)的收缩期峰值流速(PSV)和舒张末期峰值流速(EDV)及阻力指数(RI),并比较上述血流动力学参数的结果。结果 2型糖尿病患者OA的EDV明显低于健康人,RI明显高于健康人(P<0.05),而PSV和健康人之间的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);2型糖尿病患者CRA和PCA的PSV和EDV明显低于健康人,而RI明显高于正常人(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者眼血流动力学参数有明显的变化,采用CDEI技术检测眼血流动力学对糖尿病微血管病变的早期诊治具有一定的临床意义。
Objective To explore the changes of the ocular hemodynamic parameters in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV) and resistance index(RI) of ophthalmic artery(OA),central retinal artery(CEA) and posterior ciliary artery(PCA) were detected in 70 eyes of 35 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 76 eyes of 38 normal healthy people by color Doppler energy imaging(CDEI) technology.The results of the above hemodynamic parameters were compared.Results EDV of OA was significantly lower and RI of OA was significantly higher in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus than that in normal people(P0.05),and there was no statistical significance in PSV of OA between groups(P0.05).PSV and EDV of CRA and PCA were significantly lower in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus than those in normal people,and RI of CRA and SPCA were significantly higher in the patients than that in normal people(P0.05).Conclusion The ocular hemodynamic parameters have significantly changed in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the detections of hemodynamic parameters have clinical significance in early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic microangiopathy.
