超急性期脑梗死弥散假阴性2例报道并原因分析 被引量：2

摘要 目前,国内外文献大量报道了磁共振弥散加权成像（DWI）对超急性脑梗死的早期诊断及价值,但在临床工作中发现临床缺血证据明确,但超急性期DWI表现阴性。现就本院2例超急性期脑梗死弥散假阴性病例报道如下。1临床资料2例病例均为本院神经内科确诊病例。磁共振成像（MRI）检查采用美国GE SIGNA EXICT3T超导磁共振仪,常规轴位T1 WI,T2 WI,DWI,矢状T2 WI,
