Athletes' Career Planning Exploration in China

2008年北京奥运会中国取得举世瞩目的成绩,是我国竞技运动在"举国体制"下充分发挥社会主义优越性的集中体现,这使得我国竞技体育的发展受到了全世界的广泛关注。当举国上下都陶醉在奥运冠军的喜庆时,我们要更多思考运动员的职业生涯。通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法,以了解我国运动员生涯规划的现状,运动员退役后再就业困难的原因,认为有必要对运动员的职业生涯进行规划,缩短运动员在役和退役中间的调整期。

2008 Beijing Olympic Games has witnessed remarkable achievements,which gives a full play of China＇s sports movement in the ＂the Whole Nation System＂ magnificently demonstrating the superiority of socialism and makes our development of competitive sports receive wide attention around the world.When the entire nation are intoxicated with the joy of the Olympic champion,we should think more about athletes＇ career.The author,by using literature data and logical analysis to understand the status of our athletes＇ career planning and reasons of re-employment difficulties after players retiring,thinks it is necessary for athletes＇ career planning,and to shorten the adjustment of being labor and retired.
