中国特色高校高水平运动员培养思路研究

On Ideas of fostering High-level Athletes with Chinese Characteristics

结合我国高校办高水平运动队的现状,分析了难以培养出优秀大学生运动员的原因;借鉴美国培养大学生运动员的成功经验,提出我国高校培养高水平运动员应走的道路。

According to the present situation of high level sports teams in our country＇s colleges and universities,the paper analyzes the reasons of not being able to cultivate outstanding college athletes,learns from America＇s successful experience of cultivating college athletes and proposes the way of training high-level athletes in China.
