唐豪先生作为中国武术史研究的拓荒者,他将自己的思想牢牢地扎根于武术这片大地上。他重实战斥花假的观点对于民国时期的武术在技击实战上的不断探索起到了重要的推动作用,对于我们今天探讨中国传统武术的本质仍然有着积极地意义和重要的价值;他敢于向旧有的学术观点质疑,注重实地考证,力求去伪存真的科学研究精神对中国武术史研究的科学化发展做出了巨大贡献。

Mr.Tang Hao,as the martial arts pioneer in the history of Chinese,absorbed himself firmly into the root of martial arts of this land.That he took off the fancy and fake combat views of the martial arts and focused on the practical experience of combating in the period of Republic of China played an important role in promoting the continuous exploration of the art of attack,and had positive significance and important value for the exploring of the essence of traditional Chinese martial arts;That he dared challenge the some old academic points of view,focusing on field-oriented research with a scientific research spirit of ＂seeking the true while eliminate the false＂ had made a great contribution to scientific development of Chinese martial arts.
