摘要
为了测试运动员的跟腱形态及生物力学性能对跑台运动的反应,通过对20只3各月大的雄性老鼠分别进行长期跑台运动和一次性跑台运动实验。结果发现,一次性跑台运动使大鼠跟腱的微观结构发生了一过性改变。长期耐力跑台运动可改变跟腱的力学性能,从而在一定程度上提高运动的效率和减少运动损伤的发生率。
In order to test the athlete's Achilles tendon morphology and mechanical properties of biological response to treadmill exercise,the paper took 20 three-month-old male rats,divided them into two groups taking long-term treadmill exercise and one-time treadmill exercise respectively.The results showed that there was one transient change of microstructure of the rats'Achilles tendon.While the long-term endurance treadmill exercise can change the mechanical properties of the Achilles tendon,which to some extent,can improve efficiency and reduce the incidence of sports injuries of movement.
