摘要
运用文献资料法、实地调查法、访谈法等对瑜伽教学中的体位动作规律进行分析。对瑜伽动作体位、动作难度以及其运动强度展开分析。通过对瑜伽教学规律的阐述和说明,从而提高瑜伽健身运动教学的科学性。
By using the methods of documentation,field investigation and interview,this paper makes an analysis of the movement law in yoga postures teaching,mainly focusing on the yoga postures,difficulties of completing postures and exercise intensity.Through the explanation of yoga teaching regularity,it is aimed to improve the scientific teaching of yoga.
