摘要
国际竞技健美操规则的每一次修改都会对竞技健美操的发展和与之相匹配的编排带来重大变革。本研究通过对2009-2012年的国际竞技健美操评分规则的分析,运用文献资料法和专家访谈法探讨了新规则的主要变化,并通过这些主要变化来探讨未来竞技健美操的发展方向,以期能对我国的竞技健美操运动的发展提供指导性建议。
Changes of the regulations of international aerobics tournament each time can bring great revolution to the development of aerobics and its arrangements. Through the analysis of the code of points, documents and views of experts on international aerobics tournament, major changes are discovered and used to predict the direction of aerobics development. Suggestions on the development of sport aerobics were given.
